Exhanges, Cancellations, Returns, Refunds, & Gift Cards

Exchange

You may exchange an item within the first five (5) days of purchase. Items should not have been worn nor damaged in order to be illegible for exchange. You can exchange for a different size, style, color, or item, if it is available. Your exchange will be of equal value paid. If the new item costs more, you will be responsible for the balance before receiving the new item. If the new item costs less at the time of the exchange you will receive a store credit of the balance. If you receive an order as a gift and wish to exchange the item, the exchange policy is the same. You cannot make an exchange on SALE items, Gift Cards, bathing suits nor bodysuits.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order before you receive it, please do so within 24hours of completing your order online by emailing: sales@debutapparelcomany.com

 

Returns

You may return an item within the first five (5) days of purchase. Items should not have been worn nor damaged in order to be illegible for return. You will be issued a store credit in the amount of the item returned at the cost you paid for it. If you receive an order as a gift and wish to return the item, the return policy is the same. You cannot return for a credit on SALE items, Gift Cards, bathing suits nor bodysuits. No additional delivery charge is applied to the delivery of exchanged items.

 

Refunds

No refunds. We will issue you a store credit. Store credits will be issued for cancelled orders after 24hours of ordering. Refund nor store credits on items that are SALE items, Gift Cards, bathing suits nor bodysuits. Additionally, delivery charges are no refundable once the order has been delivered.

 

Gift Cards

All gift cards are electronic. This means you will be emailed a unique code that only you have access to. You have the option of printing your gift card. Gift Cards may be not returned or exchanged for other items. Please see policies above. Gift Cards may be redeemed at the check-out portion of your purchase. Simply add the code that was emailed to you.

Swimsuits, Bodysuits Gift Cards, and Sale Items are final sale. No returns, credits, nor exchanges allowed.
